Zixdo provides very transparent services with its Private Policy- Terms and Conditions pertaining to personal information, booking, rescheduling, cancellation, refund and others. Once customers choose our services, they need to agree to the collection and use of information with this policy.

Personal Information

Zixdo collects personal information to provide and improve of the service. Information provided by the customers is not shared with anyone. Hence the data is secured.

Booking & Rescheduling

Once booked for service, customers can reschedule the order. A new time slot will be provided according to availability. In case of rescheduling, the customer has to inform at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. There may be some surcharge if rescheduling is not done within the prescribed time. The customer will not be allowed to reschedule the order if the scheduled time of booking is less than 60 minutes from the time of cancelling or rescheduling. In such cases, the customer will have to pay the full-service charge.

1.Refund Policy

In case of cancellation as per terms, the entire amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days.

1.1 Service Discrepancies: We strive to provide high-quality on-demand car wash and services. If you are dissatisfied with the service you receive due to discrepancies or quality issues, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the service completion. We will review your case and, if appropriate, initiate a refund or provide a credit for future services.

1.2 Service Non-Performance: In the rare event that our service providers are unable to fulfill your requested service, we will refund the full amount paid for the service.

1.3 Overcharged Amount:If you believe you have been overcharged for a service, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, refund the excess amount.

2. Cancellation Policy:

In case Zixdo receive a cancellation notice from the customer and the service has not been delivered by us, we will be cancelling the order.

2.1 Customer-initiated Cancellations: Customers may cancel a service request at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2.2 Provider-initiated Cancellations: In the event that our service provider is unable to fulfill a confirmed service request, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule the service at a convenient time for you. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation: To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer support team via [contact details]. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation. Our team will promptly review your request and take appropriate action.
